Do you have control over the content?
If yes I would propose two nitpicks:

a) to drop the first part which brings no interesting info and occupy space:

b) The subject of email is in branch "[LyX] branch, 2.0.x, updated."
   and in master "[LyX] branch, master, updated."
   It would improve orientation if we have just [Branch]:... / [Master]:...
   or [LyX] 2.0.x:/Master:... or something of that sort. 
   The "branch, master," is continuously confuse my eyes since we used to 
   call 2.0.x by term "branch", by using git terminology it becomes ambiguous.
