But it wasn't fixed in the official installer. Besides, you just closed the bug as "Worksforme" while every Windows user will have the problem.
Besides this, why do you now build "your" installer? Our goal was to have one installer and I invested a lot of time to achieve this. The plan is to get it ready for LyX 2.0.4 and not that we now have Joost's yours and mines.
