If the document fonts are set to non-latex (e.g. setting serifed, non-serifed
and type writer to TimesNewRoman, Arial and TimesNewRoman), the import of
bibtex reference files x.bib is interrupted as soon as special characters are
found in the list. The insert reference dialog then only offers the entries
read before the occurrence of the special character.
Workaround: Setting fonts to standard latex fonts, restarting Lyx (or reloading
bib-file), changing to non-latex fonts, compile.
