LyX 2.0.1 Duplicate context menu entry "Dissolve Inset" for phantoms

Right-click a phantom. Notice that "Dissolve Inset" appear twice on the context 
menu.
This also leads to annoying messages in the terminal, because the menu entry
shortcut conflicts with the shortcut for the other identical entry.
