This would be really nice. It should be really easy, because you just copy
any comments verbatim into a comment field. The only problem I would foresee
is that sometimes people have lots of TeX code with %'s finishing every
line, so you'd have to be careful not to make a Note if the text after the %
is empty.
Too bad noone's working on reLyX right now...
