| Why not with good old "%"? I do not see the need for the comment
| environment to write "remember to re-read this section later" or some
| other stuff notes are for. This should be configurable in some way
| (two sorts of comments?). There could also be a choice for not
| outputing at all.
Why? (some internal comments that should not go to the general
public?)
Currently we have both a comment paragraph layout and a note inset, I
am not sure that we need both.
