Since layout2layout missed those, I wonder if something has to be done there? Unless the user changes their own layouts manually, they could be left with broken layouts, right?
Disclaimer: I haven't looked at how lyx2lyx and layout2layout are handling this change to the Inset naming convention. I just hope it has been thought through that users also have their own layouts that are not distributed by LyX.
