I would like to know how LyX handles variants of languages, for example, pt_BR which is the Portuguese spoken in Brazil. I see there are *.po files for two variants of chinese (simplified and traditional), so I think LyX would have a brazilian variant as well.
But how it handles it? I just need to create a pt_BR.po file and that's all? BTW, there are several sentences that are could be shared between these formats. Is there a way to achieve this? Or I need to provide a complete *.po file, with all sentences? Cheers, --- Diego Queiroz
