Documentation on the web site

I have a build of LyX on my account on lyx.lyx.org, which means that I 
can provide online manuals.

Questions:
* do we want that?
* what formats? I was thinking of PDF(pdflatex) and xhtml. Would that be OK?
* what languages?

Is somebody willing to do the relevant pages if I provide the files?

Note that only qt 4.2 is provided here, so we have to hope the server 
will be updated before we decide to get rid of its support...
