+1 Neither Libreoffice nor Oxygen are ideal, but it'd be nice to have a visual refresh. The important piece is of course not icons, it's the how the UI supports workflows via menus, dialogs, icons, status bars, and other affordances. Maybe a design and usability organization could have some input into this.
