It seems to me that zh_TW is "more" correct for traditional Chinese,
although it seems to be more a convention than strictly conforming
(since TW and CN are not country codes).
Anyway, as far as languages is concerned, I guess nobody really cared so
far, since there are no aspell, hunspell and mythes libraries available
neither for simplified nor for traditional chinese, and this is what we
use the lang code in languages currently.
IOW, I guess it is safe to change languages.
