While I still don't know why msvc2008 is no longer recommended, it
worked well with SCons (i've just re-added three files removed from
beta4 and pretended that everything is just fine) and now I have the
updated installer ready for testing.
Right now the installer is being tested by some interested users. In
2 days (after the tests), I'll contact this list with the 'official'
unofficial installer, to upload into contrib/unofficial like the
previous one.
