lets prepare for landing... from now please all untrivial patches of code
post on devel list before committing.

- libreoffice icon guys there seems to be agreement on the need of new defaults.

freeze for RC1 should be at friday night.

then i would like to release new RCs in approx. 3 weeks.
having rc1/2/(?3) gives 2.0.0 at mid-april if things go well...
