Aha, I see now. You can change from justified to ragged left using the paragraph settings button (inside the listing). That said, I'm not sure why anyone would want the contents of a listing inset justified. So you might want to enter it as an enhancement request (or minor bug). I'd vote for ragged left inside listings myself.
