I'm sorry, I wasn't clear. The full justification in program listings happens when editing, not when in the generated PDF. Here's a screenshot: http://img683.imageshack.us/img683/2216/lyx168programinset.png See the two myvar lines. Both are indented from the left by two spaces, but one gets wrapped and is then full-justified. This is a new document, article class.
