I'm using beta2 (r36786). I'm opening an instance of lyx-svn, then I'm using Thunar or a different console to open a different document in lyx-svn and I always get a second instance of LyX. I've checked Prefs > UI and 'single instance' is checked.
How could I debug this? Liviu
