Well, in my case with Xforms 0.89, this "bug" behaves exactly the
same as the earlier mentioned "feature" of Xforms: open the Edit
menulist, then the first click on Insert will close the Edit
menulist, the second click on Insert will open the Insert menulist.
That's one click too many.
Since you seem to have more trouble with opening the Insert menulist,
could this be the difference between 0.88 and 0.89?
