There is a bug in the Menus code with regard to sub-menus.
Try opening the Edit menu and select the "Floats & Insets" submenu, now
without canceling anything click to open the "Tabular" submenu, notice
that the old submenu doesnt close, and all that happens is that the edit
menu is now focused, this is wrong since the Tabular sub-menu should have
opened. Now click again on the tabular submenu. The tabular opens but the
F&I doesn't close so you have two sub-menus open.
