Yes, KOMA-script provides the same behavior as \lhead/\rhead using
commands with another name.

I propose to add support for the KOMA-script header/footer commands in
the scr layout file so that KOMA-script users don't have to use the
special module.

They must not be InTitle because one need to redefine them several
