His last problem was due to a default in cmake, which triggers the searching for aiksaurus, apell, ..., all the stuff needed for installing but not for coding. Because your are waiting ATM I've disabled this default, it would generate so much trouble on systems which are not prepared for building LyX with all features. I hope Stephan can give a go now.
