Can you please tell me how to compile LyX to achieve this? I'm still stuck with your new compilation
option and don't know where to specify it.

Do they also work when using MSVC 2008?
The Ghostscript package is incomplete since the "lib" folder of the Ghostscript installation is
missing. Without these files we cannot provide a full featured Ghostscript.
