It's a bug in the STL implementation of msvc10:
http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/572376/msvc10-c-std-numpunct-has-a-hardcoded-dllimport-in-definition
We already had a workaround in trunk, which is now also in branch,
so now I have no problems with msvc10 any more.
