The tex4ht developers probably do not want to have LyX in the bugreport. Can I
easily get a list of instructions which are issued by LyX when Viewing HTML?
LyX just exports to LaTeX then runs htlatex on the exported sources.
Assuming you are using htlatex as the LaTeX-->HTML converter. (See the
other message for that.) So you can just do Export-->LaTeX and you have
the LaTeX file you need for the report.
