This is not supported, exceptions thrown in worker threads must be
caught before control returns to Qt Concurrent.
I cannot reproduce that.
I still get this crash but it is more general:
- create a new document
- view PDF
I haven't changed anything in my build system so this must have been introduced by one of this
week's commits.
