Wrong. I used the latest MSVC compiled Qt4.6 from Nokia: works just
fine!

Yes.
Actually I was talking about Joost's package. That's a collection of
stuff you also need to compile LyX. In there are also the Qt things we
need. However, I needed some hacking to get Cmake to work with this.
I also use Joost package from which I erased Qt.
