I agree with Abdel's suggestion too. How difficult would it be to implement this? (I feel bad being so vocal while rarely writing code. Someday I'll make it up to everyone.) Also, getting LyX to perpetually update my preview has been a fantasy for many years. Especially now since I have four cores and two monitors! =) -Ben
