I did as you suggested and made testing copies. Also, my documents use the noamssymb.module from Ticket #5058, which doesn't have a "Format" directive. This resulted in a conversion for each document. After adding "Format 19" to noamssymb, my load time is only 5 seconds. =) -Ben
