Create a LyX document with a list, say with six items. Create a branch and put three of the items into it. This does not work as one would expect and hope: The list environment is ended before the branch begins, then a new list environment is opened for the branch itself, and then the list environment gets re-opened again.
I fear that this is quite a deep bug. Any thoughts? Richard
