I have adobe acrobat professional 8.0 and when I change anything in lyx and
update pdflatex it updates the view but by default jumps back to page 1 of the
pdf document and not the page that was updated or being viewed prior to
clicking on the update pdflatex icon. When i update dvi it remembers t he
page I was last viewing and will open the updated dvi document on the last open
page. How can I get the pdf to open after update on the same page as it was
being viewed last.
Acrobat 8.0 has a bug in this regard. When you are using Acrobat 8.1 and newer
it should work.
