looks like a bug in our machinery. worth to report it in trac.
I'm scared it's instead a misuse of the machinery by myself. I have a
second one: setting the "ReadOnly | NoBuffer" options in LyXAction.cpp,
like it is now if you update, keeps disabling the menù voice (and
shortcut accelerator) when no document is open (it may make sense if
I'll implement the scope of "all manuals", or "all lyx files in a folder").
