Is it worse than other things they can do? Users are evil... More seriously, I took a look at the setting to restrict assignees, but there are discussions on the trac tracker that say this functionality can cause a big slowdown. The way to do it is here: http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracTickets#Assign-toasDrop-DownList We'll see what happen in trac 0.11.5, where supposedly some performance problems are solved. JMarc
