My idea was to get rid of the doxygen stuff and move that as individual
std::string fields (that could be translatable) in the big
LyXAction::init table.
But this might not please everyone. The question is probably whether
this information is primarily a Doxygen thing or information available
to the program itself.
I think the most important thing is that it's so easy to use Doxygen (or
whatever) to add documentation that it's actually used.
