I'm not complaining, but I'm constantly switching between dvi and pdf
(ps2pdf). Previewing with dvi is faster than pdf, but the dvi-viewer on
windows (yap) is very slow and frustrating in use. So, I often also view
as pdf, when I want to scroll through the document quickly, to see
whether everything is placed correctly and nicely and to see how the
pages break and so forth.
