I've committed the two fixes for Qt4.5.
Are we set now or are there still more issues open ?
By the way, note that ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx is still not available, so
before releasing 1.6.2, we'll have to be sure the share is back on or we
should adjust the website to point to one of the mirrors or so.
