svn: 'pre-commit' hook failed

I'm trying to commit to www-user from aussie and get the 
following error message:

Transmitting file data .........svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: 'pre-commit' hook failed with error output:

And then there is nothing more...

Jean-Marc, could you or someone else tell me where I'll find what's 
executed by the pre-commit hook?
