If this is made a global pref it'd be tough to change quickly. IMO this is better achieved by filtering the list of labels in the same way as the list of paragraph styles (Alt-P Space (bzw. Alt-A Leertaste in German)): Input "eq:" to reduce the list to labels with the sub-string "eq:". Günter
