Thanks for the patch, but may I make a suggestion? Instead of two
mutually exclusive sort checkboxes, how about just another check box
that says "Case sensitive"? Checkboxes are not meant to be exclusive.
I think that will make the patch simpler, too.

It is certainly wrong that the list is sorted case-sensitive, but I
don't know whether people want to ever sort it case-sensitive. I can't
think of a reason I'd want to.
