can GuiNote.cpp/h be reomoved?

While working on a new featue I noticed that GuiNote is no longer called since LyX 1.6.0. Formerly 
this dialog mutates the three note environments, but this is now done via the context menu. So I 
think this leftover can be removed for LyX 2.0 or did I miss something?
