Ok I've prepared 1.6.0 in our repository but I've no answer so far from Per (mailed him on Friday) so I don't think we'll make it in time. I don't know if Per is on holiday or just away for the weekend so it can take from a day to a week until we get something final in the Debian archive. (Remember I'm not a DD yet so I can't upload to the Debian archive myself.) Personally I would like to refrain from publishing some unofficial packages even if I could build some at least for i386.
