I don't want to sound harsh and I understand the interest in this feature.
I think I can have something by tomorrow. It won't be perfect, but I
don't think we'll have perfect even by 1.6.0. Really dealing with this
properly would mean a major re-write of the shortcut dialog, to account
for keys bound to multiple LFUNs, and we simply aren't going to do that.
What I'm proposing to do for now is simply to take such keys "off the
table" and not to allow any modifications to them via that dialog. That
will keep people from shooting themselves in the foot, though it is
definitely a kludge.
