Well, right now, there's no binding for the completion stuff, which means that user's will have a hard time using it, which means we might not get the testing we want.
Note that the patch you sent solves this particular problem, so applying it would be enough for now.
BTW, which lfun takes the priority, completion or next-cell? And is it always intuitive?
