Even although I have some choices my final decisions will depend on the date.
Since we have classes I will have only Friday afternoon and the weekend for
traveling and meeting as I have classes again on Monday morning.

With those restriction the plane ticket fair can be quite expansive (
sometimes>  1000€) in that case I will try other ways to participate.

There are no student holiday period during October or November?
