Fixed.
Changeset 26106 disables the hyperlink menu item, but the URL menu
item is still available.
That will be handled OK. The multiple lines are just collapsed to one.
That's another option for hyperlink, as well, I guess. But my sense is
that we should disable it, since it isn't intuitively clear what should
happen. I've posted a more general question about how this should be
handled, in general.
Other insets will just replace the complete selection. I think this is
the default behaviour, unless the inset can do something useful with
the selected text.
Here again, we could do that, too.
