In another thread, Richard asked for more info on Bug 4899.

I'm pasting below the output from -dbg any, with two parts. The first is
from when Insert > Citation produced an empty list of available citations;
the second is from when it produced the expected list. Let me know if I can
provide further information.

 Is this just completely random? or do you get the empty list, and then
get it for a while, and then it goes back to normal??

There are two differences I see. One is a bunch of messages from the
translation stuff. This probably isn't terribly significant, though you
never know. The other is that we're getting TWO reports from kpsewhich when
you get the populated list. What to make of that, I don't yet know.

 This is all fixed now, except for a minor bit that probably won't get
fixed for a while---something you won't see if you're using BibTeX. See the
commit logs for details on that.

Yes -- thanks!

Very silly mistakes when I was implementing the cache. Thanks for pointing them out.
