Not Windows-centric, but user-centric.
All I want to say is: things could be a bit more user-friendly if the
announcement to users (not to devel) is delayed by a few days.
The announcement used to be an incentive to build binary packages...
An announcement to users could alternatively also be an incentive to
_use_ the new version. But I understand (now) that things are done
differently in every project, open source or not.
