What have you done to LyX 1.5.5 ??? It is hardly usable on the Mac anymore. :-/
It is so fast I almost need a seat-belt! :-)Seriously, it feels quite a bit snappier to me. I haven't measured, but it starts faster, windows open quicker, scrolling is a bit better.
For whatever reason, a very nice improvement! Plus: My most hated bug (4630) is gone. :-) Thanks so much to everybody! Cheers, Konrad
