I think there is alredy a bug report, when not create, please create one in
bugzilla.
The fix would be easy, but can currently not be done, because tex2lyx is not able to parse Unicode.
The comment inset has been introduced after the introduction of Unicode. So before this can be
supported, tex2lyx must be made ready for Unicode.
This is a general problem, because all new features since LyX 1.4 can not yet
be supported by tex2lyx.
I volunteer to support as many new features in tex2lyx, but am technically not good enough to teach
tex2lyx to understand Unicode.
