1.
- i would like to have some complete list of links in one place, i.e.
this page http://www.lyx.org/internet/. Also - two nonenglish sites should
be added - CJK and Hebrew (both are pretty contemporary ones).

2.
- i'm missing the developers corner in sidebar
i don't like the current solution, because:
 - "Links for Developers" section is visually lost under ToC and the naming
    does not describe the aim correctly.
 - i have an impression we have 'Development' under 'Contribute' just because
   we don't know where to put Donate section (maybe support?).
 - there are links i'm regularly using, and probably i'm not alone.
   why not to have it on sidebar?

My proposition would be something like:
* Development
 * Main page
 * Road Map + added current development news page (http://www.lyx.org/news/)
 * i18n status genrated page
 * How to use svn
 ---- (about these below i dont have strong opinion, maybe just links from Main
page)
 * Translation
 * Stuff read
 * Mirroring

3.
Its good habit to have site map (but this has to be created at the end, when
the structure is fixed).
