No, no, we want _menu item_ to have their shortcuts/bindings in te .ui
file.
Emacs keybindings does not go in .ui files and does not interact wite
menuitems' bindings.

bindings like "F3" to "File->New" would go in gnome.bind bindings like
"M-f n" would go in the gnome.ui (and most likely te defualt.ui would
be good enough unless the menu names need to change)
