But we can do better for scrlttr2. I'll have a look. (It would have been good 
if you had brought this on the list before doing a file format change).

Yes. But unfortunately, I have to revert the file format change again to do 
this.

Frankly, I do not like to ship example files with so much ERT in our 
distribution.
